SOLANO SOCK TREESPurchase a new pair of socks for kids or adults – white socks, baby socks, pantyhose, decorated socks – anything goes! Stuff them with with small toys and toiletries. Then tie them with our red ribbons onto one of the SOLANO SOCK TREES located in all banks along Solano Avenue. The Solano Avenue Association will distribute the socks to local shelters in time for the holidays. You can even include toiletry items such as soap and shampoo. Everything donated will go to the "Harrison House", a shelter in Berkeley run by "Building Opportunities for Self Sufficiency or BOSS".
